Case 6: Local Recording + Remote Dial-up Access System

User Demands:  

      *Small restaurant chain stores: The boss can supervise every store’s running

         situation anytime at home through Dial-up ( modem to modem ) connection

 * No Internet because too expensive.  

     * Remote Dial-Up monitoring ( modem to modem ).  

Example:  

Michael is a boss of a restaurant, and he opened eight restaurants located in different sites. He hope that one day he does not need to run back and forth to check every restaurant’s business situation but just sit down at home or one of the restaurants to check all the restaurants’ operations. Due to the lack of Internet resources with no popularity locally and the installing fee is too expensive. He wants to utilize the current telephone system instead to check all restaurants through Dial-Up connections.
