End User License Agreement
This is a contract. By installing this software, you accept the terms and conditions of this license agreement.

1. COPYRIGHT:
This software program (the "SOFTWARE") and the accompanying written materials are copyrighted and are proprietary products of Chimat Computers Corp.(the "CHIMAT").
The SOFTWARE is also protected by international treaty provisions.

2. USE OF THE SOFTWARE:
CHIMAT grants you to use the enclosed SOFTWARE, and accompanying document as follows:
(1) use the SOFTWARE on any single computer, provided that the SOFTWARE is in use on only one computer at a time.
(2) make a single copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes.
(3) permanently transfer all your rights to use the SOFTWARE to another person or legal entity provided that you transfer this Agreement, the SOFTWARE, and all accompanying written materials, provided that you retain no copies of the SOFTWARE or written materials and that the other party agrees to the terms of this License Agreement.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
(1) You may not use, copy, alter or transfer, electronically or otherwise, the SOFTWARE or documentation, except as expressly allowed in this agreement.
(2) You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or create derivative works
from the SOFTWARE.

4. LIMITED WARRANTY:
Chimat warrants to you that the diskette or CD on which the SOFTWARE is furnished is not defective under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. If you notify us of such a defect within the warranty period, CHIMAT will replace the defective media or documentation at no cost to you.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
CHIMAT DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE BEYOND THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT WILL CHIMAT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THESE PROGRAMS, EVEN IF CHIMAT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
